Marketpulse OS: SaaS Product Architecture and Operations

I led all product architecture and development at Qodesystems LTD. My core work involved building and maintaining MarketpulseOS. This is a scalable, modular SaaS platform (customized Perfex CRM). This system powers multiple Qodesystems products, including HRM, FMS, POS, and Manufacturing ERP. Several client companies rely on this system for their diverse business needs.

I provided full technical ownership and responsibility for the system’s entire lifecycle.

Key Achievements

• SaaS Platform Development: I oversaw the development of MarketpulseOS. This custom platform delivers specialized solutions like HRM Systems, Manufacturing ERP, Logistics Management and much more.
• Client Migration: I managed the migration of one of our client, Wideoptions Melamine Limited. Their older Node.js/React ERP was replaced by MarketpulseOS. This involved complex data migration.
• System Scalability: I handled data migration for multiple core entities. This included customers, contacts, suppliers, account records, products, and inventory. I maintained data integrity throughout the process.
• Infrastructure Management: I architected and maintained all production servers. Production services run on Oracle Cloud servers (Linux). Staging and backups use Namecheap servers and a local fallback server in Nairobi.
• Operational Setup: I performed all setup tasks. This included server configuration, DNS management, database configuration, and ongoing security audits.
• Product Extension: I completed development of the Marketpulse OS mobile app (Flutter). This mobile application is ready for deployment.

• Servers: Linux (Debian-based) –  Oracle Cloud, Namecheap Dedicated Servers
• Tools: Cursor AI, Ollama, Trae AI (Used for rapid development, analysis, and debugging)
